Encourage students to speak in both languages:

Use visual aids:
Pictures, diagrams, and videos can be incredibly helpful in promoting oral language development. Visual aids help students understand new vocabulary or concepts, and provide context for the language they are learning.
Provide feedback:
Providing feedback is essential in helping students improve their oral language skills. Tactful, positive, and constructive feedback on students' pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary use can help prevent fossilized errors. This can be done through one-on-one conversations with students and by modeling.
